The PublicVocal name, typography, custom SVG visuals, editorial dossiers, and multilingual adaptations are the exclusive intellectual property of the PublicVocal Editorial Collective.

Permitted Fair Use: You may cite brief excerpts (under 150 words) for academic research, journalistic review, or philosophical commentary, provided explicit attribution is given with a direct canonical hyperlink to the source URL on PublicVocal.

Automated Scraping Restrictions: Systematic bulk scraping, crawling without respecting robots.txt directives, or unauthorized ingestion of our literary essays into commercial foundation model training sets without prior written license is strictly prohibited.
